topcryptoexchange.in is an independent crypto-review website operated from Mumbai, India. This page tells you how to reach us, what we respond to, and what falls outside our scope. Before writing to us, please scan the sections below — many common questions are already answered on the relevant policy pages.

1. Email

The fastest way to reach our editorial team is by email:

We do not currently operate a contact form, a chat widget, or a phone helpline. Plain email keeps the trail clear for editorial corrections and DPDPA-related requests, which is what matters most for this site.

2. Response time

We aim to respond to genuine editorial and compliance enquiries within seven (7) working days, Monday to Friday, India Standard Time. We do not work weekends or Indian national holidays. For DPDPA 2023 data-rights requests (access, correction, erasure), we aim to acknowledge within seven working days and resolve within 30 calendar days, in line with the timelines set out in our Privacy Policy.

3. What we can help with

Please write to us about:

  • Editorial corrections. Factual errors, broken or outdated source links on review pages, or a tax/regulator citation that no longer reflects current Indian law — tell us which line on which page and, where possible, the correct primary source on a .gov.in portal.
  • ASCI compliance queries. Concerns about the advertising disclosures, sponsored-link labelling, or risk warnings on this site under the ASCI 2023 guidelines for VDA advertising.
  • DPDPA 2023 data-rights requests. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See section 5 below.
  • Affiliate disclosure queries. Questions about which links are affiliate links, which exchanges we partner with, or how our editorial process keeps reviews independent. Full details on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
  • Press & partnership enquiries. Coverage requests, partnership proposals, or product-launch enquiries from exchanges and wallet manufacturers.

4. What we cannot help with

To save you time, here are common queries that we cannot resolve — with the correct destination for each:

  • Exchange account problems (password reset, KYC stuck, INR deposit not credited, withdrawal delayed, account locked). We are not Bybit, BingX, MEXC, Tangem, or Ledger. We cannot access your account or escalate on your behalf. Please contact the platform's official support directly — for Bybit, that is bybit.com/en/help-center.
  • Individual tax filings. We do not calculate your VDA tax, prepare your ITR, or give you a written opinion on whether a specific trade attracts 30% under Section 115BBH or 1% TDS under Section 194S. Please consult a Chartered Accountant. Official rules: incometaxindia.gov.in.
  • Personalised investment recommendations. "Should I buy X coin?", "Is this a good time to use leverage?", "Will price reach Y by date Z?" — these are outside our scope and would require a SEBI-registered investment adviser. See sebi.gov.in.
  • Recovery of lost or stolen funds. We are not a recovery service, and any third-party offering to recover stolen crypto for a fee should be treated with extreme caution. Report financial fraud to the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre on cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930.

5. DPDPA 2023 grievance contact

If you are a resident of India and wish to exercise your rights as a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — including the right to access, correct, update, or erase the personal data we hold about you — please write to mail@topcryptoexchange.in with the subject line "DPDPA Data Rights Request". Please include enough detail to identify your data on our systems (for example, the email address you used when contacting us). We respond to DPDPA requests in line with our Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your grievance to the Data Protection Board of India.
